I’m Asia

Asia IrgangLaden works with individuals and couples, offering a grounded, compassionate space to explore relationships, emotional patterns, and the deeper layers of self. Her approach is holistic and relational, integrating emotional, somatic, and spiritual dimensions of healing. Asia is a post graduate pre -licensed mental health counselor who earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania.

Asia draws from psychodynamic, existential, and family systems theories, and incorporates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and spiritual reflection when relevant. She is trauma-informed and brings a warm, steady presence to the therapy space. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, identity exploration, shadow work, life transitions, and spiritual growth. She is particularly drawn to working with creatives, deep feelers, and those navigating inner complexity or longing for greater self-understanding.

Asia is a certified yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and creativity coach. She is also a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, Conscious Parenting Method™ Certified Coach, and has completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. With over a decade of experience in education, she brings a grounded and compassionate lens to her work with parents, caregivers, and families.
