Individual and couples therapy

for deeper connection to yourself and to one another.

  • Individual Therapy

In our initial sessions, we will take time to understand where you are—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Together, we will explore your story and create a therapeutic path that reflects your unique needs, goals, and natural rhythms.

    Our work may help you:

    • Understand your triggers and repeating patterns

    • Let go of internalized expectations and “shoulds”

    • Feel more grounded when emotions become overwhelming

    • Strengthen your relationship with your body and intuition

    • Build greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-trust

    • Create a life that feels more authentic and aligned

This is a space to reconnect with what feels most true for you and create meaningful change that can be felt—not just understood.

  • Couples Therapy

Every relationship carries both a history and a longing for what is possible.

In couples therapy, we slow down and listen—not only to what is being said, but to the emotions, needs, and experiences underneath. Together, we explore recurring cycles of conflict or disconnection with curiosity and care.

    Couples therapy can help you:

    • Understand the patterns keeping you stuck

    • Communicate your feelings and needs more openly

    • Feel heard without losing sight of your partner’s experience

    • Move through conflict with greater care and intention

    • Rebuild emotional safety, trust, and intimacy

    • Create a more connected and fulfilling relationship

Drawing from my Level 1 training in the Gottman Method, along with somatic, relational, and family-systems approaches, I support both partners in showing up with greater clarity, compassion, and curiosity.

My Approach

I believe healing and transformation become possible when we are ready and open. It starts when we slow down, look inward, and listen to what is happening beneath the surface..

Together, we explore the emotions, relationships, family experiences, and patterns that have shaped you. We also pay attention to what your body and nervous system are communicating. Some beliefs and survival strategies may have protected you in the past. Now, they may be keeping you stuck.

My approach combines psychodynamic, existential, and family-systems therapy. I also draw from somatic work, mindfulness, creativity, and spiritual reflection.

Our work may include:

  • Understanding how your past continues to shape your present

  • Recognizing patterns in your emotions and relationships

  • Listening to your body and regulating your nervous system

  • Exploring family roles and inherited cycles

  • Reconnecting with your creativity, intuition, and inner wisdom

  • Making space for spirituality, energy, ritual, symbolism, or nature when these feel meaningful to you

I bring warmth, curiosity, honesty, and humor into the therapy room. I will meet you with compassion. I will also challenge you to look more deeply, take responsibility for your choices, and move beyond the patterns that no longer serve you.

Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is a process of transformation. A space to release what no longer belongs to you, trust yourself more fully, and create a life that feels grounded, connected, and truly your own.

Together, we create space for greater clarity, regulation, self-trust, and healing—at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
